Power Rangers Comic Reveals Badass New Ranger
Boom Studios’ Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic series has just blown readers’ minds with the reveal of a brand new Power Ranger. This marks the first time in the franchise’s 23-year history that a character this significant has been introduced.
This year’s Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic series has been enjoying a popular run, thanks in part to it being based on the original 90s television series.
In the closing pages of issue #9. the villainous Rita Repulsa is revealed to be working for a mysterious unnamed character dressed in Ranger attire, ending the comic with a cliffhanger.
Boom! Studios said in a press release:
“The mysterious new Ranger is a key architect behind the chaos that has plagued the Mighty Morphin team since the launch of the comic book series”
This new Ranger sounds like a big deal. Whoever he ends up being, it’s sure sounds like it’ll be shocking. I guess we’ll just have find out in issue #11 when it’s released in January 2017.
