Ninja Plays Fortnite With Ellen To Hilarious Effect (VIDEO)

Epic Games’ Fortnite is undeniably one of the world’s most popular games, permeating itself into different aspects of life in a way few video games have done before. Like it or hate it, Fortnite is here to stay, a fact made all the more real since even the mighty Ellen DeGeneres has finally addressed the battle royale phenomenon on her show.

The talk show host released a new video clip with her explaining that, during a rehearsal, she witnessed an interesting dance move she had never seen before. It was, of course, none other than Fortnite’s ‘Orange Justice,’ at which point Ellen decides to give the game a shot, because people are getting rich by just playing the game. Of course, she needed a teacher, and who better to teach her than professional streamer Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins? Check out the video clip below:

After a brief introduction, Ninja and Ellen hop onto the Party Bus and try their best at earning a Victory Royale. Unfortunately, Ellen’s only video game experience is Guitar Hero, so she spends the majority of her time on the map attacking the ground. After Ninja is taken out early – after failing to talk it out with the other players, at Ellen’s request – the talk show host is left to fend for herself. She gets taken out shortly after. “You flew in to play Fortnite with me, and I’ve learned nothing,’ Ellen said after the game had ended. True, but, at least it was fun to watch.

Fortnite is now available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
