Monster Hunter World PS4 Starter Bundles And Gaming Accessories Revealed

Limited edition bundles and accessories are the bane and boon of any gamer and collector’s existence, and the developers know it. And to coincide with the launch of Monster Hunter World this month, Capcom and Sony have revealed a slew of themed accessories for the PS4 and PC, including a Monster Hunter World PS4 starter bundles and a limited edition DualShock 4 controller. Suffice to say, they look mighty fine.

Seen in the images above, Capcom will release a special edition Rathalos DualShock 4 controller that will run gamers approximately 57 USD (5,480 JPY). It’s a gorgeous, deep-red color with gold and muted black accents, which will be available the same day the highly-anticipated game comes out on January 26th. Then there are the two Monster Hunter World PS4 bundles with either one packing a black or white 500 GB console and copy of the game. Those will retail for 318 USD (35,980 JPY).

Unfortunately, these products are exclusive to Japan and there has been no word if there will be a Western version for release. With that being said, it would be a great addition for collectors to grab up one of those limited edition Rathalos DualShock 4 controllers.

Other promotional items that will begin in Japan include collaborations with EPOS Visa cards to bring Nergigante and Palico designs. There are also PC accessories in partnership with Elecom to bring gamers a keyboard (2,080 JPY / 18 USD) and headset (2,580 JPY / 23 USD) sold separately. There’s even a pair of specially designed eyewear frames that will become available for purchase beginning Summer 2018. Check them all out in the gallery above!

Monster Hunter World is slated for release on January 26th, 2018, which is only a few weeks away.
