Show Off That ‘Stache In Fallout 4 With This Movember Mod

Movember Mod

Throughout the month of November, many grow out facial hair in order to raise awareness for men’s health issues such as prostate cancer or male suicide. According to the Movember Foundation, the idea here is to “change the face of men’s health” with glorious lip caterpillars and encouraging others to get involved. The Foundation also aims to increase early cancer detection, the diagnosis and treatment which will ultimately reduce the number of preventable deaths caused by disease. Now you can show off your support in the irradiated world of Fallout 4 with the Movember Mod crafted by talented creator Elianora.

As stated by Elianora, the point of the mod is to”be excellent to yourself, and to each other. Take care of yourself. You are important.” The mod allows players to do just that with the addition of 3 outfits and 4 accessories to the game which include: Two fancy outfits and one Vault Jumpsuit with t-shirt on top of it, a plastic fake moustache, a realistic fake moustache, a monocle, and a top hat.

Unfortunately, the mod doesn’t give everybody in the world a fake moustache. On the bright side, Dogmeat can equip one and that’s enough really. the Plastic ‘Stache can also be equipped on Strong making him look like a champion pugilist of sorts. As explained in the mod’s listing, all you need to access these items is enter a chemistry station and craft them under the Movember tab.

  • The “Movember Mo” can be worn by humans, Dogmeat, and Strong
  • They bring luck and charisma
  • The outfits can be modded to have lining, ballistic weave and they can have armour pieces on top of them
  • The Vault Jumpsuit + T-Shirt works like a normal Vault Suit, people will comment on you wearing it

Elianora has also created another game add-on promoting health for women called the Save the Boobies mod. Will you be “fancy AF” and participate in Movember this year?
