Exit The Gungeon Arriving On Steam This Spring

Exit the Gungeon

Popular run and gun roguelike Enter the Gungeon received a follow-up title back in October of last year, but it was only exclusive to Apple Arcade. That said, Dodge Roll Games has announced that Exit the Gungeon will be making its way to Steam in the relatively near future.

Taking to Twitter, the dev team revealed that Exit the Gungeon is now available to pre-order on Steam and will be arriving at some this spring. The game is also expected to come to consoles, but nothing has been mentioned as to which platforms it will be playable on, or when it will happen.

In case you don’t know what to expect from Exit the Gungeon, here’s more:

“Exit the Gungeon is a bullet hell dungeon climber immediately following the adventures of the misfit ‘Gungeoneers’ and their journey for personal absolution in Enter the Gungeon. The Gungeon has become a paradox and is collapsing! Armed with an ever-changing weapon, an insatiable need to loot, and the trusty dodge roll, each of our heroes must ascend and escape via their own unique route of increasingly perilous elevators.

“Battle against the last and most bitter of the Gundead at a frantic pace, slowing down just long enough to chat with some familiar faces… and a few new ones. Shifting rooms, enemies, bosses, bizarre weapons and items all combine to ensure that no two attempts to Exit the Gungeon are the same.”
