Currently, the gaming world is celebrating WoW’s 12th birthday. While birthdays usually bring about presents for the birthday person, Blizzard is giving the presents to the gamers! Among these presents, is the ability to grab this absolutely adorable ball of fur, the Corgi Pup!

To acquire such adorableness, you will need to purchase it from Historian Llore and Historian Ju’pe, who will also give players a daily quest to earn Timewarped Badges for answering WoW trivia. They will also be selling other anniversary items. Users that log in between now and November 30 will earn the WoW’s 12th Anniversary achievement, and then receive a special Anniversary Gift Package in their mail. In this package, players will find “200 Timewarped Badges, a Celebration Package item to increase experience and reputation gains from kills by 12% for 1 hour, and a “Letter from the Timewalkers” which will start a new quest that will lead you to either Orgrimmar or Stormwind.”

Birthdays are always joyous occasions, and when something as special as WoW can celebrate 12 years of awesome, we can all be considered winners. In a post, Blizzard says, “Thank you to all of the heroes of the Horde and the Alliance for your unfaltering dedication to Azeroth. Whether you are a clever night elf, a nimble gnome, a mystical troll, or a stalwart human, we appreciate your continued support, and we’re looking forward to sharing many more adventures with you for years to come.” It is you who should be thanked, Blizzard.
