A Look Inside Call of Duty WWII’s Headquarters Social Space Revealed in New Trailer (VIDEO)
Call of Duty: WWII is attempting to reinvent the modern shooter and is adding in features that you normally wouldn’t see otherwise such as the game’s new Headquarters social space. CoD: WWII’s Headquarters will feature a decent-sized selection of things to do other than stand around dancing. A new trailer offers up a little more insight as to what fans can expect to see in the upcoming title’s social space.
This is the first time fans have been able to really get a glimpse at the Headquarters social space. The trailer comes and goes without any narration, however it does show off a decent amount of things to do ranging from 1v1 duels between players in a place called “The Pit” , a gun range where players can hone their shooting skills, a score streak challenge game highlighting its leaderboard, and more. Players will be able to “man AA guns to earn rewards” as well. Those who pick up Call of Duty: WWII will have a chance to socialize, customize, compete, and earn rewards within the social space.
The Headquarters won’t be just a social space but a competitive one as well. Be sure to check out the upcoming Private Beta starting on August 25th for PlayStation 4 owners. PC and Xbox One players will be able to enter in soon after. Let us know your thoughts on Call of Duty: WWII’s Headquarters social space and more in the comments section below.
