Director States New God of War Won’t Be Present at PSX (VIDEO)
Fans of God of War got a disappointing news update when Corey Barlog, director of the highly anticipated fourth installment, stated on Twitter that the new title will not be showing up at the PlayStation Experience event. Excited fans were eager for any information on the game demo’s possible involvement at the event, and took to Twitter to ask the director himself if they would be getting a chance to play at least some of the game. Sadly, Barlog revealed that he will not be premiering any content for God of War at the event, though he did mention he would be there to play games with his fans and show off some other awesome mystery content.
While it is unfortunate that gamers won’t be getting the demo they had hoped for, we are still hyped about its upcoming release. To keep you entertained until then, take a look at the game-play video (complete with developer discussion) below to experience the first 20 minutes of this thrilling adventure:

The PlayStation Experience event will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center on December 3rd and 4th this year. Even without the inclusion of God of War, there will be plenty more for players to experience, including a “PlayStation Showcase”, and a chance for fans to get hands-on with the PlayStation Pro and PlayStation VR.
What do you think of this development? Looking forward to the new God of War story? Will you be attending the PlayStation Experience event this December? Shout out in the comments and let us know!
