Devil May Cry 5 Reveals New Devil Breakers, Boss Fight Footage, And More (VIDEO)

PAX West is officially in full swing, with gamers coming from all over the country and beyond to enjoy the festivities and hear about the latest upcoming video games. Capcom has thus far had a strong showing, with the publisher revealing loads of new information and footage for Devil May Cry 5. Alongside the demo for the game, Capcom has also revealed footage of a boss battle pitting Nero against a ‘Goliath,’ which shows off some of the game’s dynamic environments and some badass gameplay courtesy of Nero. In addition to the boss fight, Capcom also released a lengthy video showcasing some of the game’s Devil Breakers, AKA the bag of tricks that comes with Nero’s fancy new right hand. The Devil Breakers on display are Overture, Gerbera, Punch Line, Tomboy, Ragtime, Helter Skelter, and Rawhide. The artwork for each Breaker is first shown in the gallery, followed by a clip of Nero using said Breaker to show how it works. Check ’em all out below:

In addition to the above footage, it has also been revealed that fans can look forward to a full-fledged photo mode that will ship with the game. There are currently no details about the mode at this time, though given how beautiful the game looks so far, players will likely have an enjoyable time kicking ass, and snapping pics.

Devil May Cry 5 officially launches for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on March 8, 2019.
