Dark Horse Comics is Releasing an Overwatch Art Book that Weighs Over 8 Lbs! (GALLERY)
Dark Horse Comics is set to release an Overwatch art book full of character and map designs and of course, artwork. The thing weighs over 8 lbs, but that isn’t the only thing that’s heavy about it, so is the price tag!
The Limited Edition includes a hardcover copy of The Art of Overwatch, 2 display cases for the 3 included art prints, a magnet sealed box, and a Tracer slipcase for the book, and it costs $100. Fans can also just pick up the Overwatch art book by itself for half that price and they will both be available for purchase on October 24th, just in time for Halloween!
Inside Dark Horse Comics 367 page Overwatch art book are things like hero, spray, and skin designs, as well as promotional art and origin stories for the first person shooter. There are even pages showing sketches from Junkenstein’s Revenge and concept art from the Horizon Lunar Colony. The description on Dark Horse’s website says:
“When it launched in May 2016, Overwatch took the world by storm, boasting millions of players and gaining critical acclaim. Now, in this beautiful hardcover, Blizzard Entertainment reveals the creative process behind one of the most popular FPS games of all time!
