Cyberpunk 2077: 25 Minutes Of Gameplay Revealed (VIDEO)
Following years of hype, sporadic updates, and last-minute delays, developer CD Projekt RED is finally readying to release their next open-world RPG, Cyberpunk 2077. As the game’s release date draws near, so much more about the game has been divulged, including tidbits regarding various gangs, fresh new music, as well as the age-old question of whether or not animals are properly greetable (they are). Now, CDPR has debuted a new piece of extended gameplay, showing off several scenarios players may partake while taking in the sights of Night City.
As per YouTube personality Parris, just over 25 minutes of gameplay has been revealed for Cyberpunk 2077, following custom player character V as they conduct various activities around the game’s main futuristic locale. As seen in the footage below, fans can see several scenes from the Night City Wire trailer play out in much greater detail, depicting a number of choice-based character interactions, neon-cityscape driving sections, as well as a fair share of violent combat showdowns. There’s also an included peek at the game’s Braindance ability, which was also shown off at the aforementioned presentation.
Even though this footage is not at all final, it still almost definitely looks incredible, with the game’s attention to detail and extra crispy visuals amounting to an especially gorgeous gameplay experience. With a few months remaining until release, fans are surely hyped to see what else the game has in store for their custom character creation. Arriving just a bit later than scheduled, Cyberpunk 2077 is expected to be one of the last games released before next-gen consoles arrive, and one can only imagine how much the game can improve with such formidable hardware at its disposal.
Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 19th, with versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X expected for the console’s launch.
