New Cuphead Figures Announced by Funko – Coming Soon!
Studio MDHR’s long awaited side scrolling shooter Cuphead has finally released. The game’s hand-drawn art style that is inspired by 1930’s propaganda cartoons is just stunning as the game is challenging. The plot for the game is that Cuphead and his brother Mugman lose a game of craps to the Devil. In order to save their own souls, the brothers have 24 hours to collect other debts owed to the Devil. To celebrate this wholesome family fun, Funko has revealed a set of Cuphead figures based on the characters from the game.
Just in time for the release, Funko announces that both Cuphead and Mugman will be arriving as four-inch vinyl figures. Standing at a robust six inches, the Devil himself is also being immortalized by the toy company. All three figures are in full color and will all be sold separately.
There will also be a set of Cuphead and Mugman vinyl figures that will come packaged together, and will be featured in black and white. This black and white set will be a New York Comic Con (NYCC) exclusive item. NYCC kicks off on October 5th, but fans that are wanting the full-color figures will have to wait until November.
