Crysis Remastered Release Date Revealed In Tech Trailer (VIDEO)
Crysis was a marvel, bringing insane graphics in a vast open-world, filled with intense action and stealth gameplay. The title stood tall in the gaming world for quite some time and soon players will have a chance to relive the magic, fighting against threats both terrestrial and alien alike. Fans don’t have much longer to wait to get back to the Lingshan Islands to fight in various environments while wearing a nanosuit and a whole arsenal of futuristic technology as a new release date has arrived for Crysis Remastered.
A new trailer recently popped up for Crysis Remastered showcasing the tech behind the revamped title such as high-quality textures reaching up to 8K resolution, Global Illumination, new light settings, ray-tracing, and a whole lot more. The remastered version of the title looks almost as though it’s a new game altogether and includes plenty of new textures and various assets to help make the game feel even more alive than before. The best part of the trailer, however, is towards the end giving players the release date of the title in all its glory.
For those not in the know, Crysis Remastered was originally set to arrive last month across all platforms. However, after a leak revealed some less than stellar visuals, the devs chose to delay the project. That said, the Nintendo Switch version still launched on the original release date due to the console not being able to take full advantage of the high-end visuals, while others will be getting the game next month.
Crysis Remastered is set to launch on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on September 18th. Are you excited to fight across an island filled with jungles, beaches, and dangerous foes?
