Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy Recieves Retail Listing for Xbox One Version

Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy

Just a day out from the PlayStation 4 release of Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy and there are still more surprises to be had from the orange marsupial. It was initially thought to be a PlayStation exclusive title due to Sony being the parent company of the series’ original developer Naughty Dog. However, a recent retail listing indicates fans will see the game on the Xbox One as well.

This news comes to fans by way of SuperGamer, a Hungarian Game site which had listed a Xbox One version of Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy. Unfortunately, it has since taken the listing off the site. This does back up information from PlayStation’s Official Twitter earlier this year account which indicated that the N Sane Trilogy will see timed releases. Of course, this means that PlayStation will be receiving content first followed by other consoles at a later date.

The retail listing suggests that the game will be coming to the Xbox One on December 8th of this year. This timed release of content isn’t uncommon, as it was most recently seen with the upcoming Destiny 2 where players on the Xbox One ad PC will receive some specific content a year after the PlayStation 4 does. Activision and Vicarious Visions have yet to confirm the validity of the listing and with their focus on the PlayStation releases, it’s unclear whether or not they’ll do so anytime soon.

Is this listing a mistake or are fans on other platforms going to see the radical marsupial in his return? Could the Xbox One version be receiving the Lost Treasures DLC on a timed release as well? Let us know what you think about the Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy listing in the comments section below.
