Corsair is a company that builds many high-quality gaming products from headsets, to mice, and various other gaming peripherals. The company has also done incredibly well for themselves when it comes to merging with other companies such as their acquisition of Elgato last year. This year the brand is looking to make some even stronger moves by bringing ORIGIN PC into the fold.

In a recent press release, the Founder and CEO of Corsair, Andy Paul, explains that the company wants to do more to reach players in the ever-growing PC gaming market. In order to do that they’ve decided to partner with ORIGIN PC, a brand that has plenty of expertise in building personalized custom PC gaming hardware.

With the gaming PC market continuing to expand as an increasing number of players make the jump from console to PC, we wanted to do more to reach customers in North America that prefer to buy, rather than build, their system. With ORIGIN PC’s expertise in personalized custom gaming systems and CORSAIR’s strength in performance PC hardware and the iCUE software ecosystem, we’re excited to combine our efforts to create new world-class gaming experiences for PC gamers.”

ORIGIN PC and Corsair will still be operating separately from each other though there will be plenty of collaboration between the two. One example of this joining of two top of the line companies is the integration of Corsair’s iCUE software ecosystem, giving players system-wide performance monitoring capabilities as well as lighting synchronization.
