Anthem Icetide Event Now Available On Public Test Server
Following the wrap-up of the Season of Skulls event, another update is on the way to BioWare’s Anthem and it’s available now on their public test server. Revealing a sneak peek at what’s to come with the Icetide event for PC players or Origin Access members, there’s new content to explore before it’s live on the main server.
Throughout the duration of the Icetide PTS, Anthem players will get to complete the Tyrant Mine Stronghold, which includes “timers, score multipliers, Inversions, and leaderboards.” There will be increased enemy encounters, snow globe storms, and a new Freelancer Time Trial event in Freeplay as well. The latter addition to Anthem is an event that reappears every 5 minutes, so there’s no fear of missing out.
In addition to new content, there will be festive decorations to deck the halls of Fort Tarsis. Available from November 8 to November 11th, Icetide PTS is available now on PC. In order to access this content, simply click on the Anthem PTS tile from the Origin game library to begin download. There will be an agreement players will have to accept.
Unfortunately, players will not be able to migrate their current javelins, experience, and currency over to the public test server since this is just a peek at the upcoming content before it goes live for all.
