Fortnite Adds Quad Launcher For All Of The Explosive Fun (VIDEO)
Now that a new week has graced us with its presence, so has another Fortnite update. Epic Games has revealed the latest patch notes for V6.02, which added the new Disco Domination LTM to Battle Royale, along with many other goodies. However, none are as explosive as the almighty Quad Launcher.
The new damage-bringer performs exactly as the name states – four rockets can be fired consecutively at enemies and their structures. This will surely help bring any fort down, no matter the size or material. Check it out in the video below, which shows off its destructive power:
Needless to say, this new weapon is going to help a lot of players capture that wonderful Victory Royale in glorious fashion. On the other hand, many others will likely call for the Quad Launcher’s head after meeting their demise by its owner’s hand. Either way, explosively fun times are ahead.
For more about the Quad Launcher, here’s the scoop from the patch notes:
Quad Launcher
- Fire up to four lobbed rockets in quick succession.
- Available in Epic and Legendary variants.
- 80/84 base damage per rocket.
- 300 unit explosion radius.
- Can be found in chests, Supply Drops, and Vending Machines.
In addition to the Quad Launcher arriving in Battle Royale, Fortnite has also brought back the Port-a-Fortress for those looking to get the upper hand in the midst of battle. You can read all about what’s new in the V6.02 patch notes right here.
