Rocket League Batmobiles DLC Coming Soon in DC Super Heroes Pack (VIDEO)
Rocket League has some new DLC coming soon, and it’s sure to excite our DC Universe fans out there! While developer Psyonix has already introduced one version of the Batmobile to its Battle-Cars fiesta, the upcoming ‘DC Super Heroes DLC’ is set to add two more beloved versions of Batman’s iconic ride to the game. The first is the classic ’89 Batmobile from Batman, while the second is the Tumbler, from Christian Bale’s stint as the Caped Crusader in The Dark Knight Rises. As seen in the trailer, the new Rocket League Batmobiles aren’t the only thing on the menu for this DLC. Psyonix is also introducing tons of new cosmetic items inspired by some of our favorite heroes from the DC universe, including Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman, and more. Here’s the full breakdown of what to expect from the DC Super Heroes DLC, courtesy of Psyonix:
New Premium Batman Battle-Cars
- The Dark Knight Rises Tumbler from Warner Bros. Pictures’ The Dark Knight Rises
- The ’89 Batmobile from Warner Bros. Pictures’ Batman
DC Super Hero-Themed Cosmetics
- Aquaman — Decal (Breakout), and Player Banner
- Batman — Decal (Paladin), and Player Banner
- Cyborg — Decal (Roadhog), and Player Banner
- Flash — Speed Force Boost, Wheels, Decal (Venom), and Player Banner
- Green Arrow — Decal (Hotshot), and Player Banner
- Green Lantern — Decal (Merc), and Player Banner
- Superman — Decal (Octane), and Player Banner
- Wonder Women — Wheels, Decal (X-Devil), and Player Banner
- DC — Player Banner
The upcoming DC Super Heroes DLC Pack will be available on March 5 for $3.99. The items above are all new cosmetic pieces, save for The Flash Wheels, Player Banner, and DC Comics Player Banner, which were previously available in the “Collector’s Edition” of Rocket League released by Warner Bros. Interactive. Rocket League is now available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
