Super Mario Ornaments Released by Hallmark Arriving Early for Christmas
One could say this is like Christmas in July with these Super Mario ornaments being released by Hallmark. Not only would this be a great addition to a figurine or novelty collection, but those with a love for celebrating the holidays may want these on their list before it the season rolls around. Mario and Yoshi are officially on the Hallmark website with a release date of July 15th and October 7th, respectively. According to Nintendo Everything, a Luigi figure is supposed to be part of the collection as well, but it has yet to be listed on the website. Supposedly, the third character is intended to see a debut in October as well. For a closer look at a couple figures, check out the gallery below:
Yes, believe it or not, these are definitely intended as Christmas tree ornaments. As to why they’re being introduced so early in the year is a mystery. However, it’s never too early to introduce them for the planners out there. For those not necessarily excited about the prospect of adding Super Mario Bros. themed paraphernalia into their home, there’s always a Groot version from Guardians of the Galaxy. If that’s not your cup of tea either, there are several other Marvel universe heroes to choose from.
