Spider-Man: Miles Morales Glitch Renders Player Into Spider-Brick (VIDEO)

Spider-Man Miles Morales Spider-Brick Glitch

The new generation of console gaming has finally arrived, and while many folks are awaiting more stock to arrive, those who have already received their consoles have begun gaming. One of the big hits to arrive with the new consoles is Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, the follow-up to Marvel’s Spider-Man. Of course, with new tech and games comes new bugs and glitches, one of which has rendered a player into a Spider-Brick.

When thinking of a brick in the gaming world, it is typically in reference to a console dying, but that is not the case this time. Rob Sheridan recently took to Twitter to share their experience as Spider-Brick. Essentially, while playing Spider-Man: Miles Morales on the PlayStation 5, the titular character collided with a wall and was transformed into a playable brick. In the short clip, we see the brick land on a roof, jump off, and even swing from a web. Almost like a form of camouflage. Check it out for yourself below:

Unfortunately, the existence of Spider-Brick was short-lived as the player attempted to fight a baddie, which resulted in the brick turning into a white cube and ultimately crashing the game. Sheridan notes that upon restarting the game, Spider-Man was his regular self once more. Your time in our lives may have been short, Spider-Brick, but we are glad to have known you at all. Who knows, maybe that will be a character in the upcoming Into the Spider-Verse sequel. There are sure to be plenty of cameos and there’s no reason Spider-Brick shouldn’t be one of them.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales is currently available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as we learn about any other glitches that pop up, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
