Nvidia’s GeForce Now is a promising product in the live-streaming market, but it has seen some rough weather since they launched out of their beta period earlier this year. While the product does offer a way for players to play games they already own through a cloud PC, publishers have been pulling their content out of GeForce Now due to what appears to be issues surrounding the recent addition of a paid membership model with the product. The latest to join the series of titles being pulled is the Borderlands series alongside various other 2K Games titles.

A recent post on the Nvidia forums confirms that 2K is looking to see their products pulled from GeForce Now, including the likes of Borderlands, XCOM, Civilization, and more. It seems that Nvidia is still in talks for 2K to “re-enable” these titles in the future but for now, fans using the streaming service are going to be out of luck.

It may come as a bit of a disappointment for some fans to hear that they won’t be able to access Borderlands through the live streaming service, especially with the upcoming Borderlands 3 DLC “Guns, Love, and Tentacles”, but perhaps an agreement will be found in the future that benefits all parties involved including the players themselves. The title is currently available for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Google Stadia.
