X-Rated Road Redemption Coming Soon From Porn Game Publisher Nutaku

X-Rated Road Redemption

Those old enough to have fond memories of the Road Rash game for the Nintendo 64 were understandably very excited when it was announced that Road Redemption – its spiritual successor – was on its way. One unexpected development that has occurred after the announcement of the motorcycle brawler game is the upcoming arrival of an X-rated Road Redemption. In a recent interview with PC Gamer, Mark Antoon, President of Nutaku, revealed that his digital distribution company is working with developer studio EQ-Games to produce the adult version of the title.

According to Antoon, the X-rated Road Redemption is only a small part of a 10 million dollar project in which his company reaches out to small developer studios and funds adult versions of existing titles. “We approached them, we funded them to create an adult version of it,” said Antoon. It isn’t as simple as slapping some gratuitous nudity on some bikers, though. According to a Nutaku representative, the entire story mode of the game will be different from what can be found in Road Redemption. Players are tasked with chasing down “a powerful kidnapper” in an attempt to rescue the beautiful daughter of a rich warlord. Picture a Transporter movie, but with 100% more bikes.

Accompanying the new storyline are animated motion comics that will occur between missions, the majority of which will leave no doubt in players’ minds where the ‘X-rating’ comes from. Of course, no adult game is complete without album feature, where players can look fondly upon the cut-scenes they have unlocked featuring well, you know, adult content. Not much else is currently known about the upcoming X-rated Road Redemption, though more details should surface ahead of its early 2018 release window.
