Road Redemption Hits Consoles With New Launch Trailer (VIDEO)

Road Redemption

Red Dead Redemption 2 isn’t the only title arriving this season with “Redemption” in its name. Fans of the classic motorcycle racing game Road Rash will be excited to know that a spiritual successor, Road Redemption, has finally arrived on consoles to bring back chaos on two wheels.

The launch trailer for the game has brought with it a variety of things players will encounter. Not only has Road Redemption expanded upon the already fun and challenging combat system of Road Rash, but it adds a variety of new weapons as well from melee, to shotguns, pistols, and more.

The game features split screen co-op, calling back to the good ol’ days of its spiritual predecessor but also features online play allowing for up to 10 players to take each other on in death races filled with vehicular hazards. Fans will also be able to take part in a campaign to become the ultimate biker gang. Of course, customisation is well-appreciated and racers will have a chance to not only customise their looks with a variety of cosmetic options, but can work through various skill trees to ultimately change the way each race is run.

While Road Redemption has been available for PC since last month through Steam Early Access, the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch versions of the game have officially launched as of November 6th.
