Wolfenstein: Youngblood’s Upcoming Patch Details Revealed

Wolfenstein: Youngblood's Upcoming Patch Details Revealed

It looks like Wolfenstein: Youngblood is getting some love from developer Machine Games in the form of a new patch that is scheduled for later this week. The patch itself is on the heftier side, though the more notable additions to the game is an offline pause, some difficulty balances, and the addition of a few quality of life features.

According to Machine Games, much of what is found within patch 1.04 is a direct result of feedback from the player base, with the developer making some notable changes to help players reach 100% game completion. Some of the info for patch 1.0.5 was also revealed, with some notable work done to help make some enemies feel less like “bullet sponges.” Here are the highlights from patch 1.0.5:

Update 1.0.5

In our 1.0.5 update, we are working to address a host of game difficulty and progression issues based on your feedback. This includes:

  • Addressing the feeling some players have expressed that some enemies feel like “bullet sponges”

  • Adding additional ammo throughout the game

  • An option to toggle enemy health bars on/off

  • Making it easier to get 100% game completion
