The newest Street Fighter 5 DLC is now available bringing with it the newest fighter of Season 2: Abigail who hails from the beat-em up title Final Fight. Also arriving in the latest DLC are new maps as well as various new costumes for players to collect and enjoy. Take a look at the reveal trailer below:
As the tallest character to date, Abigail stands in at eight feet tall and weighing 584 lbs. He is the fourth character to be introduced into Season 2 of the game and can be purchased through the Character Pass for $30 or individually for $6. The Canadian-born fighter was once the Enforcer for a gang called Mad Gear and often resembles a guard dog. He has a fighting style which focuses on brute force, however he is not antagonistic or malicious.
Three new stages have been included in the latest Street Fighter 5 DLC including Abigail’s home stage the Metro Bay Area, which is based upon his level from Final Fight. Players can also find Ryu’s home stage from Street Fighter II, the iconic Suzaku Castle and a new stage called Kanzuki Family Stadium. Players can find the Metro Bay Area and Suzaku Castle stages for $4 and the Kanzuki Family Stadium for $10. The Stadium can also be purchased for $25 within the Capcom Pro Tour 2017 Premier Pass.
A variety of new costume are also available for purchase including a Champion’s Choice costume for Guille, which is also included in the Capcom Pro Tour 2017 Premier Pass or alternatively purchased by itself for $6. Retro outfits are available for Alex, Ibuki, and Juri inspired by previous Street Fighter titles such as Alex and Ibuki’s appearances in Street Fighter III and Juri’s outfit in Street Fighter IV. Ibuki is also granted another costume in this DLC which is inspired by sports. Also receiving these sports outfits are Laura and Rashid, which can be seen in the gallery above.
