Stranded Deep Now Available For Free Today Only
Epic Games has been giving indie titles a whole lot of love this Holiday season. The company has been giving out indie games for free left and right through the Epic Games Store as part of its 15 Days of Free Games campaign. The latest title that’s now available for free is none other than Stranded Deep, a survival game from Beam Team Games.
Epic Games took to Twitter to announce the good news, revealing that Stranded Deep is available for free now through December 29 at 11AM Eastern. Stranded Deep typically runs for $14.99, so it’s worth hopping onto the Epic Games Store and ‘purchasing’ it even if you aren’t immediately interested in playing it. Keep in mind that the title is listed as being in Early Access, so it should only get better over time.
We would never leave you stranded… but we will give you Stranded Deep for free today.
Claim this open world survival game before December 29 (11:00 AM Eastern). Check back tomorrow to unwrap your next gift, there’s just a few more left! https://t.co/zYSpOx5QtZ pic.twitter.com/x4H5QTxUup

Here’s the breakdown of the game:
“TEST YOUR SURVIVAL SKILLS IN THIS OPEN WORLD ADVENTURE
In the aftermath of a mysterious plane crash, you are stranded in the vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean. Alone, without any means to call for help, you must do what you can to survive.
BUILD. CRAFT. SURVIVE. ESCAPE.
Explore underwater and on land as you hunt for supplies to craft the tools, weapons, and shelter you’ll need to stay alive. Stay sharp: hunger, thirst, and exposure conspire against you as you brave treacherous elements and the dangerous creatures of the Pacific.
Live long enough, Stay Alive!”
Stranded Deep is now available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
