‘Star Wars’ Han Solo Movie Reveals First Cast Photo of Main Characters in the Millennium Falcon

Over the past several months, Star Wars fans have been getting a closer look at each of the cast members for the new Han Solo movie spin-off. Boy, are there some big celebrities to be seen in this one! Woody Harrelson was revealed as Solo’s mentor, Garris Shrike, who is looking a bit uncomfortable, but chipper nonetheless. Donald Glover casted as Lando Calrissian and Joonas Suotamo as Chewbacca are on the right hand side. Toward the middle, you’ll see Emilia Clarke and Phoebe Waller-Bridge whose roles have not been officially announced yet. Framing the stars are the co-directors of the movie – Phil Lord and Christopher Miller.

Of course, in the center stage, is Alden Ehrenreich who will be playing the role of the young and precarious Han Solo. Take a look at the group photo that posted on Star Wars official twitter page below:

The most mysterious decision for the spin-off, Ehrenreich was recently noticed by one of his recent films Hail, Caesar! (2016). His acting history is limited to smaller films, so it’s uncertain what he will bring to the table. There’s no doubt about it though, the man has got some big shoes to fill! More than likely, Ehrenreich has shown immense potential. Plus, he’s got the looks to match. Missing from the image is the newly confirmed Westworld actress Thandie Newton.

The untitled Han Solo movie, by Disney and Lucasfilm, will be produced by Allison Shearmur, Kathleen Kennedy, and Will Allegra. The screenplay written by Lawrence and Jon Kasdan. No target or release dates have been revealed, but production and shooting have already begun.
