Resident Evil Village Map Reveals Locations Outside Of Castle Dimitrescu

Resident Evil Village

While the Internet may be obsessed with Lady Dimitrescu from the upcoming Resident Evil Village, it is safe to say that there is more to the game than the tall woman that many are requesting to be stepped on by. That said, a newly revealed map from the title shows off some of the locations that can be found around Castle Dimitrescu.

The map showing off the locations in Resident Evil Village was recently revealed by IGN and it gives fans a good look at where they’ll be able to go in the game. In addition to Castle Dimitrescu, where the Maiden demo takes place, we can see a few other places of interest. Directly west of the castle, we can see a mill as well as somewhere that appears to be called “The Stronghold.” Going the opposite direction will take you to House Beneviento after passing over what looks to be a suspension bridge.

Heading into the northern portion of the map, we can see Heisenberg’s Factory in the east and Moreau’s Reservoir towards the west. Near the middle of the map, we can see that there are some windmills as well as somewhere known as the “Ceremony Site.” Something to note, however, is the giant creature found between the factory and Moreau’s Reservoir. What is that and is it friendly? That’s all I really need to know.

We’ll be learning all about these locations when Resident Evil Village arrives on May 7th for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. We also might learn more about this map in the upcoming Resident Evil showcase, which is set to air this Thursday.
