Pokemon Teases New Season For Animated Series, Will Feature All Regions (VIDEO)
Pokemon announced a short trailer to tease the next season of the Pokemon animated television series. So far, fans and viewers watched as the Pokemon Company followed the sometimes perilous and often challenging adventure of Ash Ketchum (or Red) from Pallet Town. However, it looks like the team is looking to steer the series into a different direction. Check out the teaser below:

According to a rough translation of the video’s description, more will be revealed later this month. Based on that, it looks like the next season of Pokemon will include every single region in the franchise – from the Kanto region introduced in Red and Green to Sword and Shield’s Galar region. Perhaps we’ll see the likes of Professor Oak again?
The series began in 1997, starring Ash Ketchum as he discovers what it means to be the best Pokemon Trainer there can be. Along the way, he meets unforgettable characters and captures hundreds of new pocket monsters. After 23 years, Pokemon is looking forward to a fresh take.
For now, the teaser is all there is. More information is expected to be revealed later this month on September 29th in Tokyo.
