New Rogue One: A Star Wars Story TV Spot Sets Plot (VIDEO)
We are less than a month away from witnessing the latest epic entry into the Star Wars film franchise. While we wait, Disney has released another TV spot trailer titled, “Dream” for the upcoming film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
Rogue One is about the Rebels that risked their lives to acquire the plans that would ultimately lead to the destruction of the Empire’s Death Star. This will place the time setting prior to the events in Star Wars: Episode IV- A New Hope. The leading heroine, Jyn Eryso (Felicity Jones) is a criminal turned Rebellion soldier. She is about to embark on her toughest challenge yet when Rebel ally, Mon Mothma (Genevieve O’Reilly) sends Jyn out on a mission to steal the plans for the Death Star. Allied with the Rebels, a blind swordsman, and many more, Jyn will have to risk everything to complete her mission and save the galaxy from the evil Empire.
Dream highlights the film’s main plot. It seems the Rebels have just learned of the Death Star and its capabilities. When tasked with her mission, Jyn realizes that she has no choice but to do whatever it takes to complete her intergalactic quest. Complete with new footage of X-Wing aerial fights and a quick shot of the legendary Darth Vader, this new TV spot definitely gets the blood pumping.
