Brand New Injustice 2 Character to Be Unveiled Soon – Who Could it Be?

There has been a wide array of characters revealed to be a part of Injustice 2‘s inclusive fight roster. With 27 fighters already confirmed playable in the NetherRealm Studios game, one would assume that there aren’t many more reveals left for the superhero clash. It seems as though that assumption would be wrong, because according to the official website, another new Injustice 2 character has been teased for an April 28th reveal date, alongside an image of the faceless stand-in figure we’ve affectionately decided to call “Mr. Gridface”.

It’s been a few weeks since NetherRealm has teased a new character this way, with the last reveal being Cheetah nearly a month ago. Recently, The Flash received his own reality-bending character trailer that showcased the character’s amazing speed-based moveset. If that is something that has not been watched by gamers, it can be rectified right here.

As is the case with all roster additions, it’s currently anybody’s guess who the new Injustice 2 character could be, especially since lesser-known DC characters have made the cut in the past. For all we know, the rainbow-powered Color Kid could be making his gritty color-changing debut in just two weeks time. God help us all, if that be the case. Injustice 2 will release for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 16th.
