New Division 2 Gameplay Shows Off More Of The Game’s “Dark Zones” (VIDEO)

Division 2

Tom Clancy’s The Division featured an interesting PvP/ PvE experience called the Dark Zone. Players were able to roam around the zone completing special missions that awarded high level loot at the risk of losing everything upon being killed by either human or AI enemies. Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will also have Dark Zones and a new video has arrived showing off just what players can expect when the game launches later this year.

Like many of the game’s other features that have been shown lately, the Division 2’s Dark Zones appear to be far more polished than before. A recent video from YouTuber Arekkz Gaming features a full 15 minutes of gameplay showing off the two Dark Zones, the East and South. Both zones contained some fairly intense but smooth combat and similar mechanics to that of the first game, tasking players with collecting loot from around the zone and then extracting it while fending off enemies from all sides.

It is worth noting that this gameplay may not be representative of what will be featured in the final release, but it gives a good indication that the game is moving in a decent direction. Will you be grabbing the upcoming sequel for yourself? What are you most excited to see be expanded on?

The Division 2 is set to arrive on March 15th for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Let us know your thoughts on Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 and more in the comments section below.
