Mortal Kombat 11 Adds D’Vorah To The Fighter Roster (VIDEO)
NetherRealm Studios have only recently finished their reveal of Kabal as the next fighter in Mortal Kombat 11, marking the occasion with a fittingly gruesome trailer. It appears the developer is an a particularly giving mood today, as they’ve now confirmed yet another character for the game in the insectine fighter D’Vorah.
Dropping the news as part of the latest episode of Inside Xbox, NetherRealm’s Ed Boon confirmed that the Kytinn queen is indeed slated to return following her debut in Mortal Kombat X. The character now sports a noticeably different appearance than her previous depiction, adopting a further insect-like look for her newly-confirmed return. The reveal can be seen in the video below.

As D’Vorah makes her official entry in the game, she joins a myriad of other fighters already set to establish their presence in Mortal Kombat 11. Familiar faces such as Kano and Baraka are welcome additions alongside newbies like Geras that look to surely play a integral part in the game’s upcoming story mode. Any number of characters could be revealed over the next few weeks before launch, so here’s hoping even more popular characters such as Mileena or Reptile also eventually get their due.
Mortal Kombat 11 is set to release for Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on April 23rd.
