Minecraft Dungeons Howling Peaks DLC Arrives In December, Crossplay Coming Soon
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is in the Minecraft spirit sporting Minecraft-inspired costumes and they’re coming later this month, but Mojang Studios has a few surprises of their own as well. In their latest Minecraft Live update, the developers announced a brand new DLC and crossplay capabilities coming soon to Minecraft Dungeons. Arriving in November, Minecraft Dungeons will feature a free update that brings cross-play to the game. Seek adventure and embark on quests regardless of which platform players choose! The following month introduces a brand new DLC – Howling Peaks – and a season pass as well. With it comes a new boss called the Tempest Golem, biomes, goats, mobs, and more.
Mojang Studios will also introduce a new game mode called Apocalypse Plus, which offers an extra challenge for those looking to test their mettle! Best of all – it’ll be free for all players. The team is constantly working on bringing new content to players across the world and across platforms. So stay tuned for more updates as they come!
