Life Is Strange 2 Episode 2 Release Date Announced With Live-Action Trailer (VIDEO)
Life is Strange 2 finally launched this year, a follow-up on the critically acclaimed and award-winning game from 2017. Instead of continuing the story of Chloe and Max, a pair of brothers carry the torch that lights the way for another phenomenal narrative by DONTNOD Entertainment. Having officially launched its first episode earlier this year, the team announces the next episode with a heart wrenching live-action trailer.
Featuring the voice actor for Sean Diaz, Gonzalo Martin and his acting partner star in a “live-action visualization of a pivotal moment on the brothers’ journey in Life is Strange 2 (seen above). From DONTNOD Entertainment, the summary for the next episode reads:
The two brothers continue their journey into the winter months & struggle against the cold. As Daniel gradually falls ill, Sean decides they must make their way to their distant grandparent’s house to recover. During their stay, they encounter next-door neighbour Chris, a young boy who believes he is a super-hero by the name of Captain Spirit. Sean insists on Daniel following a set of rules around his power. Will Daniel keep his power concealed or break the rules in a time of need?”
According to Square Enix External’s co-head of studio, Jon Brooke, the best is yet to come in January. “Life is Strange 2 got off to a strong start, but the best is yet to come. Episode 2 is going to be a great moment for this season,” said Brooke. “Previous seasons have both had a point that was just, ‘that moment’, that captivated fans from all over the world, and we feel like this will be the one for Life is Strange 2.”
Life is Strange 2 episode 2 arrives January 24th, 2019 for all three previously announced platforms. Have you finished the first one yet?
