Google Stadia Pro Offering Free 2-Month Subscriptions

Google Stadia

Google Stadia didn’t see the greatest of launches, but the cloud-based service has continued to build a gaming experience that hopes to live up to the platform’s potential. Stadia is currently operating off of a subscription-based service model for its Stadia Pro service, giving users monthly access to free games alongside a variety of other benefits. With the COVID-19 pandemic keeping many people indoors, Google has now decided to give fans a chance to try out their service for free.

The company recently made an announcement stating that fans will beable sign up for the Google Stadia Pro service with no charge for a full 2 months. Afterward, if the user likes the service they can continue getting their subscriptions at the cost of $9.99 a month. Those interested only need to create an account on the Stadia website and pick up the official app on Android or iOS. From there, players will need a good wi-fi source, a laptop or desktop computer, and a controller or mouse-and-keyboard setup to play their game.
