Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Two New Characters

Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Two New Characters

Genshin Impact Version 1.4 is finally here, and already fans of the popular gacha game are actively seeking out new content on the horizon. Thanks to a new leak, said content appears to be in the form of two new characters: an upcoming Pyro Catalyst user named Yanfei, and a Cryo Claymore user named Eula.

The latest data leak comes by way of known Genshin Impact leaker Lumie, who took to Twitter earlier today to reveal the two upcoming characters. The Pyro Catalyst character Yanfei is said to be a 4* character, while the Cryo Claymore user, Eula, is listed as a max rarity character. The former character is apparently a “brilliant young lady” that works as a legal adviser in Liyue Harbor, while the latter is the captain of the Knights of Favonius Reconnaissance Company, oft-times referred to as ‘The Spindrift Knight.’ Given that nickname, she and Noelle likely get along.

As for when the characters will actually come to Genshin Impact, it’s a bit too early to say. Fans have been waiting for Ayaka – another Cryo user – for quite some time now, and miHoYo likely won’t release one immediately after the other given they are of the same element. As such, we likely won’t see one of the two characters until a bit later this year. At least we’ve the new Hangout Events to keep us busy in the meantime.

Genshin Impact is now available for PC, PS4, and Android & iOS devices.
