Free ‘Inside’ Demo Available on Steam from Developers Playdead
Indy game developers, Playdead, made their mark with their dark and ominous platformer, Limbo. Their follow up title, Inside, was released earlier this year and has proven to be a more than worthy successor to their first project. Just in time for the holidays, you can now play the demo for free on Steam.
The Denmark based studio’s game is available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC for a price tag of $19.99. According to Playdead’s Twitter, if you want to try before you buy, Steam has a free playable demo.
A demo of INSIDE is now out on @steam_games – if you want to play the rest, both INSIDE and LIMBO are now on sale! https://t.co/Bkwoh1qZaP

If you don’t already own Limbo and/or Inside, you can take advantage of the bundle offered by Steam for $15.28 for both titles.
Inside is an adventure puzzle-platformer that shares the same monochrome artistic style as its predecessor. Players will take control of an unnamed young boy in a red shirt, avoiding death and solving various environmental puzzles. Puzzles include using farm equipment and animals to climb and hide from masked agents. The very vague synopsis on Steam reads:
Hunted and alone, a boy finds himself drawn into the center of a dark project.
