Fortnite Reveals Ghostbusters Collab Just In Time For Halloween
With Halloween less than a week ago, Fortnite is reassuring fans that they needn’t be ‘fraid of no ghosts. Epic Games has announced a new Fortnite Ghostbusters collaboration that will give players the opportunity to snag some fancy duds and accessories based on the hit movie series.

As revealed in a recent Tweet, the Fortnite Ghostbusters collab is now live with players now able to snatch up their picks of skins and accessories in the Shop. The skins are of course modeled after the outfits the Ghostbusters wear, while the purchasable accessories include a snazzy Ghostbusters-themed glider, harvesting tool, and more.
The collab accompanies the Fortnitemares 2020: Midas’ Revenge event, which kicked off on October 21st and runs through until November 3. For those that have yet to see any info on it, the LTM allows defeated players to come back from the dead as a Shadow, which gives them a host of unique otherworldly abilities. All in all it looks a lot like the recently revealed Apex Legends LTM, though we won’t judge.
One cannot have tricks without treats, and as such, completing some of the game’s new Challenges will unlock event-specific rewards such as Midas’ Shadow Wrap, the Smash O’Lantern Pickaxe, Bobo Back Bling, and other assorted goodies.
Fortnite is now available on all major platforms.
