Fortnite Glitch Lets Players ‘Boogie’ For Unlimited Weapons (VIDEO)

Fortnite Glitch

The Fortnite player base has been growing at an increasingly fast rate, and as such Epic Games has had to come up with new and exciting content to keep its fans actively engaged. Unfortunately, with the addition of new content comes the additional risk of game breaking bugs and glitches. Case in point, a new Fortnite glitch has been discovered that provides players with an extremely unfair advantage, so long as they’re willing to get down and boogie.

News of the latest Fortnite glitch surfaced on Reddit, where it was revealed that players can gain access to carrying unlimited weapons by exploiting a bug with the Boogie Bomb. For those unfamiliar, Fortnite is home to tons of dangerous and awesome weapons, though each player can only carry five at a time. Based on the post, it appears that the Boogie Bomb needs to be equipped in the last possible slot, at which point a player throws it onto the ground to activate it. After an extremely necessary amount of boogie time, the harvesting tool can be used to equip all the weapons a player wants to, regardless of the five weapon limit.

Based on the video, it appears that the extra weapons are being stored in inventory slots behind the ones shown on the bottom right of the player’s UI. As it can lead to an extremely unfair advantage, the sooner this Fortnite glitch is resolved, the better. Thankfully, Epic Games is on the case. Roughly 8 hours after the video was posted, an Epic Games rep responded to the post saying “(0_0) — on it. Thanks!” Afterwards the Boogie Bomb was temporarily disabled, with Epic Games promising to provide an update once the issue is resolved.

Fortnite is now available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
