Those that have played through the original Final Fantasy VII know that Square Enix is going just a bit off script with Yuffie’s early introduction into Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, though the Japanese publisher is skirting potential continuity issues by simply having the Wutai ninja avoid Cloud and friends. As such, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade’s INTERmission DLC will feature a new cast of characters for Yuffie to interact with, far enough removed from the primary members of AVALANCHE in order to keep the storylines marginally separated. Now, Square Enix has revealed the voice cast for the characters that will be introduced throughout Yuffie’s INTERmission DLC.

As reported by Gameinformer, Square Enix has unveiled the English voice cast for Yuffie and the rest of the new characters coming to Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. Yuffie and Sonon have done the most interacting within the few trailers that have been released, while we’ve seen only glimpses of some of the other characters like Nayo, Billy Bob, and the infamous Weiss. Here’s the full list:

• Yuffie Kisaragi – Voiced by Suzie Yeung
• Sonon Kusakabe – Voiced by Aleks Le
• Weiss – Voiced by Daman Mills
• Billy Bob – Voiced by David Goldstein
• Nayo – Voiced by Ashley Boettcher
• Polk – Voiced by Daniel Amerman
• Zhijie – Voiced by Griffin Puatu

PS5 players will get their chance to hang out with the above characters when Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade releases on June 10, 2021. Folks that own the original PS4 version of the game can upgrade to the PS5 version for free, though the Yuffie INTERmission DLC will need to be purchased separately for $19.99. Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade can be purchased for $69.99 for the standard edition and $89.99 for the digital deluxe edition.
