Far Cry 5 Promises Violence, “The Family”, and … Animal Sex? Err, Let Us Explain (VIDEO)

The latest in the Far Cry series promises a lot of intriguing story points – from crazy celeb-obsessed cultists, to badass barkeeps, Far Cry 5 is bringing the weird and marrying it to what fans would expect from this particular franchise. It’s no secret that animals will play a big role in the upcoming title, seen with Boomer in the picture below from E3, but friendship isn’t the only thing seen with these adorable creatures. Far Cry 5 is going straight animal planet in the next installment and promises the ‘much needed’ level of realism that only animal sex can bring. Yup.

Boomer is one of the few characters that have been revealed this past week and is one of the guns for hire that can be seen in-game. This adorable little pup packs quite a punch when going up against “The Family”, but can also become the player’s best friend. He’s like Dogmeat from Fallout 4, just doesn’t get as lost.

Via the UbiBlog, the developers behind Far Cry 5 showed off a video that showcased the viscious canine companion with creative director Dan Hay taking center stage. During the video some, uh, interesting content could be seen during footage of the game:

In the video above, you can see the player coming to a stop just in time to witness all that nature intended: good ‘ol fashioned animal booty getting their freak on by the road side. Bet you thought we were going to say something weird about Boomer, didn’t you? We’re not here to break laws, just here to point out animal copulation like the mature adults we are because journalism.

Now that we got the thrusting out of the way, we can all move on in anticipation for Far Cry 5 when it drops February 27th, 2018. The game will be launching on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC with a full cast of interesting characters on a crusade of righteousness … with Boomer.
