Fallout 76 Roadmap Reveals New Content For 2021 (VIDEO)

Fallout 76

Fallout 76 is set to continue bringing fans a plethora of content over the course of the year, with this coming Spring seeing the launch of the Locked And Loaded expansion. The developers are setting out to bring even more changes to the game, giving players the best experience possible within the post-apocalyptic online title. With the new year ahead, a new roadmap has arrived to provide fans a small tease of what’s to come.

A recent Inside the Vault revealed new details concerning Bethesda’s plans for 2021. Fans were previously treated to information concerning Locked and Loaded, but future updates also include the final tale in the Brotherhood of Steel storyline in Steel Reign, the Worlds Are Changing update in the Fall, and Tales From The Stars arriving this Winter. The Locked And Loaded update focuses on allowing players to make changes to S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and C.A.M.P. loadouts, as well as bring about the return of the Public Test Server and more. Armor Ace is also returning throughout the season with new rewards coming to the Scoreboard from “cosmetics, to consumables and everything in-between”.

Steel Reign, the Summer update for Fallout 76, will bring about new quests, NPCs, location, and rewards as players pick a side during the epic conclusion of the Brotherhood of Steel storyline. Summer will also give players a chance to craft “specific” Legendary items with the help of Legendary Modules, giving them an edge in creating builds. Not much information was given on the Fall update, other than the Winds Of Change updating Private Servers and bringing an expansion to the Daily Ops.

Lastly, the Winter Tales From The Stars update will see players being able to take part in new events such as a Public Challenge called Invaders From beyond bringing new enemies, loot, and more. Players will also see a seasonal event called “The Ritual” that enables players to take on jobs from the cultists at Pleasant Point for unique rewards as they prepare for an ominous ritual.

There’s a lot to come in the upcoming year for Fallout 76. The game is currently available for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
