Fallout 76 Player Tricks Others With a Hilarious Deathclaw Maze (VIDEO)

Fallout 76

While some players in Fallout 76 can be quite helpful, there are others who see fit to show other fresh-faced explorers the true nature of the Wasteland. One player in particular is keen on using the game’s C.A.M.P. system to create diabolical traps that are both terrifying and hilarious.

YouTuber aswiftkickinthejunk is known for creating hilarious traps for players to fall into such as their Player Oven and Murder Church. The latest creation appears to be a harmless maze, once inside however the the poor souls who were tricked into entering discover that this labyrinth is not exactly what it appears to be. The aptly named “Deathclaw Maze” holds a player tamed monster within, ready to pounce on these unsuspecting adventurers who wander too close.

In a Reddit post, the YouTuber explains the process behind the madness stating that they had always wanted to create a labyrinth of some sort. They had also heard that tamed creatures are immediately hostile to other players, from there the “Deathclaw Maze” was born. Of course a lot of work had to go into the build, with taming creatures require players to go into event spawns and finding one with a Deathclaw has a particularly low chance. Building a maze that allowed the Deathclaw to move through also proved to be a bit of a challenge.

Oddly enough, no players were killed within the video as tamed creatures follow the same PvP damage rules. Unless a player were to unwittingly engage in PvP, the creature does very little damage to them. Still, when walking into a maze only to find it was a trap containing a terrifying creature, i’ts natural that people would begin to freak out just a little.

Fallout 76 is currently available for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Have you seen any other crazy C.A.M.P. builds out there in the Wasteland?
