Elden Ring Mentioned By FromSoftware, Fans Rejoice

Elden Ring

There’s no denying that fans want the next big game from FromSoftware – Elden Ring. Not a lot has been said about the upcoming title, but when the developers even mention it, fans get excited. Such is the case with a recent tweet that merely confirmed the RPG exists.

FromSoftware recently took to Twitter to let folks know that an update has arrived for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and that they hope players enjoy the content. However, in a reply to their own tweet, the devs mentioned Elden Ring. “We also greatly appreciate all the enthusiasm and support shown for ‘Elden Ring’, our next Dark Fantasy Action RPG,” reads the tweet. “We hope you look forward to it.” No updates on development. Nothing about the release. Only confirmation that it is indeed a game.

Of course, fans looking forward to Elden Ring had a few words of excitement to share with the developers:

A leak from earlier this year pointed to Elden Ring being released early next year, but nothing substantial has been said by the developers to back this up. At the end of the day, we don’t know when the game will be released, or even where it is at in terms of development.

Elden Ring is currently in development and expected to arrive at some point in the future. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
