It’s been a year and a half since FromSoftware released their latest action adventure title, providing players with plenty of difficult action to dive into. That said, it has been revealed that the Game of the Year update for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice will be arriving this week.

Sekiro’s Game of the Year update was originally announced earlier this year, giving fans a hint at what to expect in terms of new goodies. The update, which is slated for an October 28th release, will be adding remnants, which are 30-second recordings of players’ actions that can be shared, as well as the boss rush modes, Reflections of Strength and Gauntlets of Strength. In addition to this, there will be new unlockable skins available.

In the event that you have still not checked out Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, here’s a bit about the game:

“Explore late 1500s Sengoku Japan, a brutal period of constant life and death conflict, as you come face-to-face with larger than life foes in a dark and twisted world. Unleash an arsenal of deadly prosthetic tools and powerful ninja abilities while you blend stealth, vertical traversal, and visceral head-to-head combat in a bloody confrontation.”

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The Game of the Year update is set to arrive on October 28th at 10am PT/5pm GMT/ October 29th at 2am JST. The update is free for all owners of the game. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
