Warriors of Waterdeep is set to arrive on iOS and Android devices soon, and enthusiasts can even pre-register now for a special “Laeral Gift Pack” once it officially launches. In the meantime, check out the neat introductory trailer below:
The Dungeons & Dragons mobile game doesn’t have a solid release date just yet, and there’s currently no listing in either app store for Android or iOS. However, they’ve set up all their social media outlets to keep curious fans in the loop, and there will be a “soft release” this Spring. Want to receive that Laeral Gift Pack on launch day? Make sure to visit the official website here and pre-register with your email and prepare yourself to journey across the Forgotten Realms.
This isn’t Ludia’s first time creating games for mobile devices having been the genius behind the free to play titles as Jurassic World: The Game, Dragons: Rise of Berk, Battlestar Galactica: Squadrons, and more. Safe to say, their expertise in this department may very well bring justice to the D&D franchise on this platform. In fact, according to Ludia CEO, Alex Thabet, that was their main objective throughout development.
We are thrilled to be partnering with Wizards of the Coast on such an enduring and wildly popular entertainment franchise. It’s important to us that our game stays true to the Dungeons & Dragons storytelling ethos and the Forgotten Realms fantasy setting.”
