Dragon Age: Blue Wraith Bundle Revealed For Dragon Age Day

Focusing on the popular Dragon Age character of Fenris, publisher Dark Horse fulfilled many a fans’ fan-service with a new series by the name of Dragon Age: Blue Wraith. Taking place after the events of Dragon Age: Inquisition, the three-issue story would already pack more than enough for any enthusiast of the BioWare series. However, it appears comic is getting an epic new variant edition for the occasion of Dragon Age Day.

Revealed by Dark Horse Direct for the occasion, Blue Wraith has received a very spiffy new cover artwork from digital artist Matt Taylor, depicting the elven warrior striking a fierce battle pose. Shipping January 15, 2020 for the price of $49.99, the variant is part of a limited edition bundle featuring Dragon Age: Blue Wraith #1 alongside a 11×14 fine art giclée print. As the edition is limited to 300, those interested can check out the bundle via the official Dark Horse website.

As for the official comic itself, here’s an official description via Dark Horse: “Fenris–the beloved character from Dragon Age II–makes his comics debut in this canonical continuation of BioWare’s dark fantasy epic! With the fanatical Qunari seeking to topple the Tevinter mageocracy, one powerful young mage’s desperate search for her father brings her face-to-face with a notorious mage hunter–Fenris, the Blue Wraith.”

Dragon Age: Blue Wraith is set to release in comic shops on January 15, 2020.
