Activision Blizzard held their investor and analyst call where Chief Operating Officer Coddy Johnson opened up about plans for the Destiny 2 Fall Expansion. In his conversation, he discussed that Bungie plans to offer more rewards, a more meaningful end-game, and ways for players to become more powerful. Some of these changes have already been well received by players who had the opportunity to test the upcoming Warmind expansion and parts of the fall expansion as well.

While that is already good news for players, Johnson also revealed that the Destiny 2 fall expansion will offer an engaging mode that presents a new style of play. He went on to note that the development is an exciting one for Activision and also presents a new style to the genre as well. According to Johnson, they will reveal more information about the mode and the Destiny 2 fall expansion at E3.

While Destiny 2 had a bit of a rocky start, Bungie has kept to their word about offering more content and listening to fans. A steady stream of updates and DLC content has been released since the debut of the game. Now with the Destiny 2 fall expansion bringing new features as a continuation of that promise, fans are likely to be even more excited for the future of the franchise.
