Deadpool 2’s Ryan Reynolds And Josh Brolin Roast Each Other With ‘Playground Insults’ (VIDEO)

Ryan Reynolds and Josh Brolin

Having already engaged in battle as Deadpool and Cable on the big screen, Fox’s recent release of Deadpool 2 has now brought the duo together once more in a battle of wits. As part of BBC Radio 1’s recurring “Playground Insults” video series, Ryan Reynolds and Josh Brolin have been given the task of unleashing as many quips and sick burns on each other as possible, with the actors providing very entertaining results.

The video begins pretty tame, but with Ryan Reynolds’ utterance of, “Game on, Brolin”, it isn’t long before punches begin to un-pull and the language gets a bit creative. The ensuing duration sees the two’s acting careers and even their appearance made the target of hilarious jokes, all in the name of good fun and cracking each other up. Check out the video below.

While the contest’s winner is ultimately undecided due to the two actors unique strengths, it’s apparent that both Deadpool 2 stars are more than equipped to handle a war of words. On the other hand, the box office had a much more defined winner in the Merc’ with the Mouth‘s sequel, which earned an estimated $130 million over the weekend. This incredible feat was one that Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn was particularly enthused aboutDeadpool 2 is out in theaters now.
